Resetting Trading Account Password
- The client can log into the User Portal account, go to the “Homepage“. Click on Accounts from the trader's menu, then Click on “Account Overview“.
- Select the relevant Live Account and click on “View” to reset the password
- Then chose Email and click on continue
- Lastly, you will receive an email containing the PIN to reset your password. Please enter the new password along with the PIN from the email, then click 'Continue'
